    Develop a Circulation and Filtration System to materially improve water quality as it relates to aesthetics, algae control, collection of AIP fragments

    Reduce non-point source nutrient and pullutant inputs to Lake Tallac and the Keys Lagoons

    Contribute to the Preservation of Lake Tahoe and its ecosystem

  • City Development Impacts

    The Pope Beach development built a road across the front of the marsh. This barrier distrupted the natural flow of water and the filtration of Pope Marsh.

     

    The Keys development hydrologically isolated Pope Marsh from the Upper Truckee River.
